About This Class
Bryan Kest leads a wide-ranging dynamic flow that truly "mixes it up," cycling through Child's Pose, Downward Facing Dog, Cat-Cow variations, Cobra, Plank, side arm balances, Crow-entry progressions, Warrior-style lunges, Triangle, Runner's Lunge, deep hip openers, spinal twists, standing forward folds, Hero Pose, and a bound shoulder-opening sequence — before closing with supine twists and Savasana. Throughout, Bryan emphasizes breath as the primary tool for presence and stress relief, repeatedly cueing deep, smooth, unforced breathing. The practice is framed as sensual rather than competitive: students are consistently encouraged to find their personal edge, modify freely (blocks and knee-down options are offered throughout), and treat every pose as a suggestion from a buffet rather than a mandate. The philosophical thread running through the class — quieting the mind through breath focus, releasing judgment, and staying present — gives the session a meditative quality that complements its physical breadth. The class covers upper-body strength, hamstring and hip lengthening, spinal mobility, and core engagement, making it a well-rounded full-body session suited to practitioners who want both a meaningful workout and a mindfulness reset.

What an amazing stupendous flow!!! One of my new favorites… so much of everything sweet, strong and long with the exception of the one leg balancing… loved it all !
