Long and Strong 5 x Flow
Sun, 1/31/21 - This is an extended version of my dynamic flow. This sequence has standing balancing, lunges, hip stretches and floor work. Each pose is performed 5 times. The first 4 times the poses is held one breath and the 5th time the pose is held for about five breaths. This is a very strong practice!

I needed some movement this -6 degree WI morning. Be careful what you wish for! This class was pure movement, pure breathing and pure concentration. The class flew by, before I knew it I was seated in a beautiful gratitude meditation. Stayed awhile seated drinking my coffee, feeling total happiness.
