About This Class
Holy Crow with Bryan Kest is a long-form, vigorous Power Yoga flow that weaves together breathwork, philosophy, and full-body movement across 69 minutes. The class opens with an extended Down Dog and foundational breath training before building into a multi-layered Sun Salutation-style sequence — progressively adding Chair Pose, Crescent Lunge, and eventually arm balances (Crow/Elbow Balance and Tripod) and complex hip-opener/twist combinations. Standing balance sequences include Airplane (Warrior III variation), Twisted Lunge, and Bent-Knee Balancing. The floor sequence covers Cobra variations, locust-like backbends, supine core work (scissor legs and boat variations), reclined spinal twists, and Pigeon-style hip openers in a seated crossed-ankle forward fold. A kneeling Camel Pose sequence provides deep spinal extension. Bryan consistently frames each pose as a personal inquiry guided by sensation rather than ego, encouraging modification at every turn and emphasizing calmness and safety as the two primary boundaries. The class closes with a seated gratitude meditation and a long Savasana, underscoring that mental well-being is the deepest layer of health.

Amazing challenging flow, I felt it everywhere! Definitely reminded me of in-person classes with lots of surprises throughout. Double pigeon stretch at the end.

This is a fabulous practice! My humility was truly challenged, and I loved every minute of it. I actually said “Holy @#%&!” out loud twice. . .
