About This Class
This evening flow begins with a grounding child's pose and breath awareness before building through standing forward folds, warriors, side angle pose, and reverse warrior on both sides. The class is structured around hip opening as a central theme — the instructor playfully invokes the image of a rainbow to cue lifted hips and arching side body in Vasisthasana. Highlights include lizard-style low lunge variations with side-body reaches, three-legged dog transitions with knee-to-elbow core work, half moon pose with optional bow shape, and locust pose for a back-body strengthener. The floor sequence closes with double and single pigeon on each side, seated forward folds with spinal rotation, a supine sequence of happy baby, wide-leg inner thigh release, and supine twists, finishing in Savasana. The instructor consistently invites students to choose their own intensity, stay connected to breath, and find their personal "sweet spot" in each pose, making the class accessible while still dynamic.

this class is brilliant at including so much in a short space of time with no sense of rush. it is a regular ‘go to’ for me.

This was a great practice for those days you do not have a lot of time. It was balance with strength, flexibility, and ended with a moment of peace. Thank you, Tracey!????????️

Wow did I ever need this practice today! Life kind of got in the way and I missed 4 days in a row of Yoga! So looked for something Goldilocks..just right…this was it. Got all the tightness out, nice little flow and lovely transitions got the fluids moving again. Felt great. Thank you Tracey, that was nice!
