Wow did I ever need this practice today! Life kind of got in the way and I missed 4 days in a row of Yoga! So looked for something Goldilocks..just right...this was it. Got all the tightness out, nice little flow and lovely transitions got the fluids moving again. Felt great. Thank you Tracey, that was nice!
