About This Class
Bryan Kest leads a comprehensive, full-body flow that lives up to its "head, shoulders, knees, and toes" title by systematically touching nearly every region of the body over the course of 103 minutes. The class opens gently on the floor — reclined butterfly, supine twists, bridge, shoulder stand, plow, and wide-legged forward folds — before moving into a sustained standing and vinyasa section featuring down dog, lunge variations, Warrior One, Warrior Two, crescent lunge, triangle twist, humble warrior, side-angle lunge, multiple balancing poses (airplane, bent-knee balance, standing split variations), flipping-dog transitions, and a significant push-up sequence. The closing phase returns to the floor for figure-four hip openers, supine twists, and a long savasana with an optional gratitude meditation. Throughout, Bryan frames every pose as an opportunity to keep the breath "deep and free" and to observe — without reacting to — the mind's habitual patterns, positioning the practice explicitly as a moving meditation. He emphasises finding a "sweet, moderate degree" over depth or force, making the class accessible to a wide range of practitioners while still delivering genuine cardiovascular and strength demands.

Oooooh, so good. I love floor moves at the beginning, and twists, and leg balances. It did seem to touch it all. I feel terrific!
