About This Class
Bryan Kest leads a full-bodied, breath-synchronized vinyasa class structured around three escalating warm-up flows rooted in Salutation A and B, before moving into an advanced third sequence that adds crescent lunges, core twists, deep hip openers, standing balances (airplane, bent-knee balancing), bird of paradise, triangle pose, spread-leg forward bends with binds, and a final low lunge hip stretch. Throughout, Bryan repeatedly coaches students to seek their personal "sweet spot" rather than push aggressively, synchronize breath with movement, and let breath rate rise naturally as intensity increases. The class closes with supine knee-to-chest and a brief, mindful Savasana. It suits practitioners looking to build heat, work through full-body stiffness, open tight hips and hamstrings, and cultivate a meditative, non-striving mindset within a physically demanding practice.
