About This Class
Bryan Kest leads this aptly named "Geriatric Flow" — a tongue-in-cheek title for a class that is anything but limited. Spanning roughly 94 minutes, the session opens in Child's Pose and builds methodically through Downward Facing Dog, Cobra, Plank, Locust, and a rich series of standing and lunging sequences that touch the hips, hamstrings, quads, spine, shoulders, and core from every angle. A hallmark of Bryan's teaching is the relentless invitation to personalise: blocks are suggested, knee-down variations are offered for nearly every challenging pose, and students are explicitly told to skip or exit poses that don't serve them today. Deep nasal breathing is established from the very first moments and sustained as the primary anchor throughout. The class closes with a supine core sequence, Plow Pose, Shoulder Stand, supine spinal twists, a seated forward fold, and an extended guided meditation on gratitude and compassion. The overall effect is a thorough, healing full-body practice that simultaneously addresses physical mobility, spinal decompression, hip-opening, core stability, and mental stillness — suitable for a wide range of bodies and moods.

I think we missed the left side. But a great class nonetheless. Thank you for the meditation as well. ????✌????
