About This Class
Full Circle Flow is a richly layered 90-minute class led by Bryan Kest that literally and philosophically comes "full circle," opening and closing in a supine spinal twist. The class begins on the back with deep diaphragmatic breathing and gentle knee drops, then builds methodically through shoulder stand, plow variations, wide-leg seated forward folds, and table-top core flows before rising into dynamic standing sequences. Multiple rounds of a sun-salutation-style vinyasa (plank, cobra, down dog) are layered with crescent lunges, prayer twists, twisting triangle, and standing balance work including warrior variations, airplane/warrior III, dancer's pose, and Bruce Lee Asana (standing leg extension). Arm balances—crow/crane (Bakasana) and tripod headstand prep—appear mid-flow, alongside camel pose on the knees and a table-top backbend. The class winds down with supine leg lifts, seated boat-pose core twists, rocking massage along the spine, and a final supine twist before a guided gratitude meditation and Savasana. Bryan's central teaching is that the deepest challenge is not the postures but maintaining a calm, deep, fluid breath throughout—using the practice as a rehearsal for navigating life's vicissitudes with equanimity. Modifications and props are consistently offered, and students are continually reminded to honor personal limits and avoid pain.

Great class. Harder than you think it’s going to be towards the middle. Loved starting in back twist, shoulder stance etc…
