Front to Back
One of Daniel’s personal favorites, a slower flow with a blend of active strengthening positions mixed with passive surrendering. Guaranteed to leave you feeling balanced.

Loved this practice, loved yin and yang - perfectly balanced. Daniel definitely got a little excited in his delivery -but that could have been the energy of the inperson class. - Great great great practice and sequence.

Great flow. Somewhat spoiled by yelling and unnecessary repetitive comments by the instructor.

Great class. The only negative is there is bit too much talking. If I holding a pose for an extended period of time I should be focused on my breath not tuning out the instructor.

Very nice class, and a little different - it won me over. There were many changes of pace, which makes it super interesting. Long poses for the first half (which we don't see a lot, so it was a very interesting experience), and a more dynamic, fast second half - for which I found my body surprisingly warm and supple! The first half really did its magic. Nice alternation of strength & relaxation. Namaste.

Great class when I didn't know what I needed..I refer to those classes as run, run stop. flows...my fave..... Also anyone else note that the "inhales" sounded like "in hell" during the intense bits??? haha :D Thanks Daniel.

Holy moly! This is the first class I rated 5-stars since the site relaunched, and I lost my old favorites. I loved everything about it. The passive long pauses interspersed with quite an intense active, if brief-ish flow, Daniel's relatively reticent and carefully chosen minimalist instruction, his empathetic pants -- everything! Bravo, man!

Great practice. The blend of yang and yin(ish) was welcome and I, now, feel balanced as promised!

Most of the class was fantastic, but one part of the flow went a little too fast for me. My mind couldn't keep up with the instructions.

Strong, slow, sweet. Strong, slow, sweet. Such a great practice and a lot of unique transitions. Really like this one. Good Hatha type practice. Thank you Daniel!

I Really enjoyed the intensity and repetition in Daniel's speech when it came to the flows. You really made me give it my all! Such a balanced class.

Daniel, thank you very much. Your practices are always special gifts, regardless of their levels of challenge. I enjoyed your insight that, at some point, we would discover our boundaries within our esthetic ranges of motion. How well I have learned that reality, within my 15 years of yoga practice. Happy New Year!
