About This Class
This evening vigorous flow is framed around the concept of "yoga cross-training" — delivering an even dosage of strength, flexibility, balance, stamina, and cardiovascular conditioning all within a single session. Travis Eliot opens with a grounding Child's Pose and Sunbird before building through multiple rounds of Sun Salutation-style vinyasas anchored by Cobra and Downward Dog. The standing sequence is rich and progressive: Warrior One and Two, Reverse Warrior, Extended Side Angle (including a bound variation), Triangle, Half Moon, Tree Pose, standing leg extensions, Warrior Three, and Chair Twist — all linked by breath-synchronized Chaturanga Vinyasas. A dedicated warrior dance section raises the heart rate before transitioning to deep hip opening through double Pigeon and a wild-thing-adjacent one-legged balance. The floor sequence finishes with Bound Angle, Table Top, Navasana boat pose with core pulses and oblique twists, Plow, and Shoulder Stand, before a supine spinal twist and Shavasana. Throughout, Travis weaves mindfulness cues about breath, surrender, and the "monkey mind," making the class as meditative as it is athletic.

Wonderful! Loved the repetition, which allows meditation. Great full-body and mind workout.

Time flies when I’m having fun. I needed a feisty flow today and as always the perfect flow was delivered.

A good choice for when there’s no time for a 90 minute Travis practice. Standard warmups and series which may not offer a great deal of variety but they allow you to flow effortlessly through familiar territory. In the end, you’ll probably wish you had time for more! Thank you!
