About This Class
This dynamic yet introspective flow class invites practitioners to slow down their internal lens while moving through a well-rounded sequence. Beginning in constructive relaxation pose and seated breathwork, the class builds steadily through Sun Salutation-style transitions (Plank, Chaturanga, Cobra/Up Dog, Down Dog), standing poses including Warrior Two, Reverse Warrior, Triangle, Bound Half Moon, Crescent, and Warrior Three, and balance work featuring Eagle, Standing Hand-to-Big-Toe, and Standing Split. Hip-opening highlights include Pigeon (with a side-lying quad-stretch alternative), half lord of the fishes twist, and Happy Baby. Backbend work covers Salabhasana, Cobra, and single-leg Bridge. Throughout, Dan weaves meditative cues about self-compassion, tuning into the body's signals, releasing negativity toward "problem" body parts, and cultivating presence — making this class equally suited to practitioners seeking mobility, stress relief, and mindful movement. The class closes with supine hamstring stretches, knee-to-chest twists, and a full Savasana with optional singing-bowl re-tuning.

Thank you, Dan, for a wonderful practice. In reference to doing Warrior One, prior to Warrior Two, you indicated that One is optional to forming Warrior Two. You said, “It’s a Free country; there is a lot of room for Personal Expression.” I was reminded of the two years, which have passed, since the recording of your class, along with their Government Mandates, loss of personal freedoms, and free speech. Bless you, sir.
