About This Class
This 26-minute feel-good flow is framed explicitly as an end-of-day, end-of-week wind-down, inviting students to back off rather than push hard. Beginning in child's pose to settle the breath and mind, the class moves through cat-cow, downward facing dog, and a standing sequence that includes side bends, forward folds, low lunge with side-body opening, Warrior II, Reverse Warrior, triangle, and half moon — all with an emphasis on ease and breath quality over peak effort. Spinal balancing, side plank variations, and a dynamic three-legged dog with hip-opening rotation add gentle strength and mobility work. The class then descends into deep hip release with pigeon pose on both sides, including a quad-stretch variation, before finishing on the back with happy baby, a wide-leg stretch, supine twists, and a brief savasana. Throughout, the instructor repeatedly cues students to modify, choose wisely, and prioritize how things feel — making this an accessible, restorative flow that doubles as a mobility and stress-relief session.
