About This Class

This class opens with an extended breathwork meditation in child's pose before building through Salutation A, a more vigorous Salutation B variation, and layered standing balance sequences featuring warrior-like crescent lunges, airplane pose, and figure-four balancing. The floor sequence delivers thorough hip opening through double pigeon (fire log), supine leg stretches, and a wide-legged reclined pose, followed by dynamic core work, plow pose, and shoulder stand. Throughout, Bryan frames every pose as an act of listening and sensitivity rather than achievement, consistently inviting students to back off, use modifications, and challenge themselves mentally rather than physically. The class closes with a seated gratitude meditation and gentle supine twists, leaving students calm, grounded, and reflective. Breath freedom and personal degree of effort are the defining throughlines of the entire practice.

Just what I needed to destress. Not too hard, lots of nice stretches, meditation and long Savasana were very nice. I just happened to look up and LOVED the Bruce Lee doll that made an appearance. Thank you Bryan!
