HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Excellent lower body and back focus. I practiced this class 2 days after strength training legs when my legs were pretty sore. The floor work allowed me to focus on the stretch without taxing my tired legs with standing poses. The pace was just right, allowing me to warm and go deep. Exactly what I was looking for and I will practice via this class again. Bryan is the best. His philosophy and approach connects with me and this class offers value across the body-mind spectrum.

lovely class that starts with the usual flow, but halfway thru becomes almost like a yin class. lots of floor work. perfect for an end of week practice.
