About This Class

This beginner-friendly flow class opens in Child's Pose and methodically builds through a warm, accessible sequence designed to touch as many body parts and ranges of motion as possible in the time available. The instructor weaves together Down Dog, Cobra, plank transitions, standing lunges, Warrior poses, spinal twists, and floor-based core and inversion work — always framing each movement as an act of care rather than achievement. A recurring theme is the primacy of deep nasal breathing as the foundation of the practice, with the instructor repeatedly cueing students to keep the neck soft and breath free above all else. Modifications are offered throughout (fists instead of palms, knees down, blocks), and students are actively encouraged to skip or back off anything that doesn't feel right. The class closes with supine twists, a shoulderstand/plow progression, and a generous Savasana, leaving students grounded and released. Ideal for those new to yoga, dealing with everyday stress or tension from sitting, or anyone seeking a full-body mobility reset delivered with warmth and humor.
