About This Class

Byron leads a well-rounded dynamic flow that opens on the back with reclined pigeon (thread-the-needle) and a rhythmic leg-extension core series, before moving through yogi squat, standing forward folds, and runner's lunge hip-flexor stretches. The middle section layers crescent pose with alternating lean-and-extend sequences, a low lizard hip opener, forearm plank, sphinx, locust, and bow pose to build spinal extension. The standing sequence progresses through warrior two, reverse warrior, half-bound triangle, and half-bound half moon with balance challenges and tiny hops to build proprioception and strength. A final floor segment includes pigeon pose on both sides, supine twists, happy baby, and savasana. Throughout, Byron cues breath-led flexion and extension contrasts, making this class ideal for practitioners looking to improve hip mobility, hamstring flexibility, spinal health, and overall body awareness in a flowing, moderately paced dynamic format.
