About This Class
This is the orientation video for Bryan Kest's "30 Days to a New You" program — a progressive, month-long yoga journey structured to serve a wide range of practitioners. Complete beginners will find a gentle, accessible on-ramp that gradually acclimates the body to yoga with minimal shock or abrasion. Returning practitioners who have lost their routine get a structured reentry point, while experienced yogis seeking fresh inspiration or teachers looking for new ideas will also find value. The program ramps up session length week by week: 20-minute classes in week one, 30 minutes in week two, 45 minutes in week three, and full one-hour dynamic practices by week four. Six sessions are offered per week, with one dedicated rest day. Complementing the physical practice are four guided meditations — one per week, practiced daily — plus a daily blog post designed to motivate and provide yogic perspective. The overall framing emphasizes consistency, gradual progression, mindfulness, and sustainable habit-building rather than any single physical technique or pose.
