About This Class
This wide-ranging flow class builds heat gradually through repeated plank-to-cobra-to-down-dog cycles before moving into a rich standing sequence that includes forward folds, spinal twists, triangle, extended triangle, warrior/hero lunges, and Bryan's signature "three kinds of crazy" core variations: the Crog (core muscle frog), the Cry Angle (extended side angle), and the Crunch (extended lunge with both arms forward). Hip-opening lizard-style poses with elbows to the floor provide deep groin and glute release on both sides. Seated forward fold and supine twists round out the practice before a guided gratitude meditation and resting pose. Throughout, Bryan emphasizes a gentle, non-straining approach—meeting sensation rather than pushing past it—and frames the physical work as a training ground for calm, focused presence in daily life. Props are optional but a block is offered as a modification for standing poses.

Wow I loved this! A break from Bryan’s usual go-to flow, this was exactly what I needed today for my tight upper body and hips. Sweetly challenging, never feels rushed, doesn’t blow you out. Ends with a healing meditation <3
