About This Class

Bryan Kest leads a rich, 70-minute dynamic flow that builds progressively from child's pose and down dog through multiple rounds of a sun-salutation-style sequence, then layers in standing balance work (airplane, bent-knee balance), Warrior One, Warrior Two, crescent lunge, and a sweeping side-angle variation before moving into deep standing forward folds with arm wraps and twists. A kneeling camel pose provides an isolated backbend. The floor sequence includes seated hip openers (double pigeon / fire log preparation), a supine happy-baby-style stretch, reclined leg lowers, core engagement with scissor legs, and finishing spinal twists. Throughout, Kest repeatedly invites students to find their own degree of intensity, use breath as a guide rather than ego, and take breaks freely. The class closes with a five-minute seated gratitude meditation and a short savasana, weaving mindfulness philosophy throughout every physical cue.

Beautiful on the shoulders, a little strong on the ankles. So grateful for the opportunity in accepting any perceived weakness and using the challenge to strengthen my practice ! Much love and appreciation for having you all as an incredible lighthouse always shining the light on the path!
