About This Class

Bryan Kest leads a dynamic yet mindful flow that opens with seated single-leg forward folds and cat-cow before building through Down Dog variations, crescent lunges with twists, Warrior Two, extended side angle, reverse warrior, triangle, and half moon on both sides. Cross-body knee-to-tricep touches and Warrior Three balances add challenge and focus. A forearm plank (dolphin) sequence addresses the shoulders, and the class closes gently with a bridge or wheel option, happy baby, legs-to-sky hamstring stretch, and long-held reclined twists. Throughout, Bryan emphasizes breath awareness, non-comparison between sides, and personal modification — making the class accessible while still physically engaging. The overall arc is a true "sweet twists" theme: every standing sequence returns to a lunge twist, and the final floor sequence caps the work with supine spinal rotation.

Great class! I hadn’t done yoga for about a month when I did this class and it was tough! Definitely made me break a sweat. Great balance and stretching and twisting work out 🙂
