About This Class

Bryan Kest leads this unhurried yet dynamic flow with a signature philosophy: every movement should feel like a loving, sensuous touch applied to your own body. The class builds methodically through three sun-salutation-style warm-up sequences — each adding more complexity, from basic down dog and cobra to crescent lunges, standing twists, warrior variations, and extended triangle — before weaving in one-legged balancing poses (airplane, half-moon variations), deep standing side stretches, spread-leg forward folds, and a camel-inspired kneeling backbend. The floor section closes with reclining pigeon (figure-four), supine twists, and a final savasana with guided breath-awareness meditation. Bryan consistently encourages students to self-regulate intensity, skip poses that don't suit their structure, and treat the practice as personal discovery rather than performance. The result is a class that builds real heat and full-body coverage while remaining accessible and introspective throughout.
