About This Class
This 68-minute approachable flow class with Bryan Kest opens on the floor with child's pose and a strong emphasis on meditative, full-capacity breathing as the foundation for everything that follows. The sequence moves through supine spinal twists, reclined butterfly (baddha konasana), bridge pose with tiptoe variations, a sustained shoulder stand, plow-inspired transitions, locust variations, cobra, dolphin, down dog, and a creative series of balancing table/awkward airplane poses that load the back extensors and shoulders. Standing moments include chair pose (Utkatasana) with a tiptoe lift and sweeping side-body stretches. Hip openers — seated baddha konasana forward fold and a deep figure-four / firelog-style pose — receive generous, unhurried holds. Core engagement appears through boat-pose leg lowers, twisting variations, and plank with minimal push-ups. The class closes with supine spinal twists, a full-body squeeze, and a five-minute savasana. Throughout, Bryan frames the practice around quieting the mind, dissolving tension and stagnation, and using patience and sensation rather than force — making it ideal for stress relief, recovery, and cultivating body awareness.

Lovely gentler flow… but still challenging in a totally different way, taking it slow. My body definitely appreciated the sweet pace of the class.
