This practice increases your spine’s flexibility, your torque and your balance in an unusual style of motion. Focusing on spine articulation and working all those small muscles in the upper body that don’t usually get much attention. It’s a good way to get in touch with your obliques and work all the muscles along and around your spine in specific and unique ways. This is an excellent practice to loosen and strengthen your back while building some coiling power to add smoothness to the way you move.
