About This Class

Bryan Kest guides students through a richly layered 68-minute dynamic flow that opens with child's pose and conscious breathwork before building into multiple rounds of Sun Salutation-style sequences — progressing from baby cobra to up dog, and from crescent lunge to Warrior One and Warrior Two. The flow expands into extended standing sequences featuring triangle, twisting triangle, airplane, and single-leg balancing with a tree-pose variation and a forward fold from standing split. Floor work includes locust/bow pose variations and a gentle supine twist series before settling into a wide-legged seated forward fold and a seated gratitude meditation followed by Savasana. Throughout, Bryan emphasises finding a "sweet spot" — never forcing, always listening to the body's feedback — and consistently frames the breath as the true anchor of the practice. He explicitly offers modifications (cobra instead of up dog, knees down, blocks) and encourages students to rest whenever unsure, making the class accessible despite its dynamic nature. Themes of awareness, gratitude, self-compassion, and rejecting comparison run through every cue.
