About This Class
Bryan Kest leads a long, richly cued flow that begins in Child's Pose and builds methodically through a six-movement vinyasa sequence (Down Dog, Plank, Cobra, Forward Fold, and variations) before branching into one-legged standing balances, warrior-like airplane poses, half-moon variations with a block option, elbow balance and tripod headstand, a deep squat with a spinal twist, wide-legged seated forward folds, a supine hip-opener sequence (Happy Baby, big-toe holds, spread-leg stretch), core work, Plow Pose, Shoulderstand, and finally supine twists. Throughout, Bryan frames the class around three pillars: deep nasal breathing as the primary tool, moderation over extremity ("find the sweet spot, not the most"), and mindful engagement with sensation rather than ego-driven performance. The instructor explicitly invites students to use a block under the hand in balancing poses and to take knees-down modifications whenever needed. The class closes with a long Savasana framed as the culmination of the practice.

What a nice energetic yoga flow! The leg series and the plank series are just amazing! Adding to my favorites! Will definitely do it again!
