I am absolutely stoked to have discovered this class. I've been enjoying in person yoga classes and trying to support myself through a stressful time. While the studio classes in person locally have been great -they lack diversity, and seem rushed - I LOVED the pace of this class, allowing me to fully use my breaths to release negative thoughts. I LOVED the voice and melodic tone of the instruction. The flow is natural, heart opening, strenghth building and yet gentle for all levels with variations. I enjoyed playing with side crow - but warning if you have not done it in a while, have a pillow or blanket nearby, I was so relaxed and did it then fell smack on my head - no wories. Great Q'ing too! TY - I will do this at least once a week as a restorative , mindful flow!!!!!
