About This Class
Bryan Kest leads this philosophy-rich, full-body dynamic flow in which the central theme — "no ego" — is woven into every physical and verbal cue. The class opens in Child's Pose with an extended invitation to quiet the mind, deepen the breath, and cultivate calmness as a practice in itself. From there, students move through multiple rounds of a foundational sun-salutation-style flow (downward dog, forward fold, Chair Pose, Cobra/low push-up), progressively layering in Crescent Lunge, Warrior, Twisted Lunge, Reverse Warrior lean-back, low Lizard with forearm variations, Triangle, a bound side-angle variation, and Pigeon. Standing balance sequences challenge students to find steadiness through leg lifts, airplane pose, and lateral leg extensions. The floor cool-down features a supine spread-leg stretch, Plow/Legs-Up-the-Wall inversion (Shoulderstand progression), supine twists, and a full Savasana. Throughout, Bryan frames intensity as sensation-guided rather than performance-driven, repeatedly cueing students to find a "sweet spot" rather than push to an extreme, making the class accessible across levels while still physically demanding.

Nice Cardio class…. so appreciated standing leg balancing at the beginning side of the flow! Strong on the legs, love ending with the king and twists!

Great for early evening too! Yes, a little bit of above-the-radio-shack. Brought back sweet memories of L.A.! Thank you, Bryan and Shelby.

Loved this class. All the parts you love and a little bit to the edge. Took me back to old Power Yoga studio days upstairs.
