About This Class

This fast-paced yet well-rounded flow moves through three progressively wider Chair Pose rounds (with a small hop to center on the third), Sun Salutation-style vinyasas, and a creative "Warm-Up B" sequence built around flipping to Wild Thing/Dancer Bridge, one-legged Down Dog, Standing Split, Crescent Lunge, and pivoting Crescent facing both directions. The standing section includes Warrior Two and Triangle Pose on both sides for strength and lateral opening. After the dynamic flow, the pace softens into double rounds of Pigeon Pose for deep glute and hip release, followed by Bridge or Wheel for backbend integration. The floor cooldown moves through Happy Baby, Plow, Shoulder Stand, supine twists, and ends in Savasana. Breath awareness through the nose is a continuous thread throughout, serving as both a focus anchor and a pacing guide. The class is mentally engaging and slightly complex in its sequencing, making it stimulating for the mind as well as the body.

Didn’t need to watch at all. Your instruction was awesome. Quick but challenging.

Did feel kind of rushed, but overall a good active class that fits a lot into 30 mins!

Definitely a creative class, out of the box! Took some getting used to and a couple of repetitions, but once you know the flow it is quite fun!

I liked the flow. I thought it was a nice change and made sure we were paying attention to the movements.

How fun; amazing! Focusing and using my “listening ears” were highly important, while being familiar with postural terminology was beneficial. After reading the reviews, my curiosity chose Daniel’s practice for me. I am always grateful for his gentleness and guidance. Namaste, Joe

This was awkward and felt like a race.

Seemed like he tried to make it too unique, wasn’t a lot of flow, hard to get into it. Maybe it was just me but something was off.
