About This Class

In this 15-minute seated meditation, Bryan Kest introduces the concept of Bhakti Yoga — the yoga of devotion — as a felt sense of gratitude in the heart. He guides practitioners through a progressive remembering of all they are thankful for: loved ones, experiences, home, health, nature, and even life's challenges reframed as opportunities for growth. The session invites a conscious "reprogramming" of the mind away from society's scarcity narratives and toward an internal experience of wealth, abundance, and prosperity. Bryan encourages students to let emotion arise naturally — including tears of gratitude or a bittersweet sadness — as a sign of deepening awareness. The practice is entirely still and inward-focused, requiring no movement, props, or special physical ability, making it accessible to absolutely anyone at any time.
