About This Class

This 43-minute meditation class guides practitioners through three distinct but interconnected meditation practices. It opens with Jnana Yoga (observation meditation), where students anchor attention to the breath at the nostrils to build focus and quiet habitual mental chatter. The second phase, Bhakti Yoga, invites a deep gratitude meditation — actively recalling blessings, people, experiences, and life's abundance to reprogram the mind toward fulfillment rather than lack. The third and final active meditation, Karma Yoga, channels that gratitude outward into selfless compassion for all beings, using visualization, feeling, or prayer to extend healing and upliftment to others. The class closes with an open-ended Savasana (lying on the back) to allow all three practices to integrate. Throughout, Bryan Kest emphasizes patience with a wandering mind, the lifelong nature of practice, and the transformative potential of consistent reprogramming through these meditations. No movement or props are required — only a comfortable, spine-erect seated position.

This is a nice break, a letting go of all the BS we carry around daily.
