About This Class

Bryan Kest leads this expansive, mindfulness-forward flow that weaves breath awareness and present-moment focus throughout every physical transition. The class opens in Child's Pose and Downward Facing Dog before layering three increasingly complex warm-up sequences — each one adding elements like Crescent Lunge, core twists, Warrior Two, and arm balancing variations. Midway through, the class moves into standing sequences on each side featuring Triangle, Half-Moon-style balancing, Warrior Two, Lizard (deep lunge), and vertical splits, all at a pace Bryan likens to a yogic Tai Chi. Push-up (Chaturanga) work appears throughout to build upper-body and core strength. The floor-based closing includes Reclined Hero (Supta Virasana variation), Bridge, leg lifts, seated forward folds, reclined twists, and a seated gratitude meditation before final Savasana. Bryan consistently encourages students to personalize intensity, take breaks freely, and prioritize calmness as a trainable quality — framing the practice as a healing journey rather than a performance.
