About This Class
This class is a gentle-yet-dynamic full-body flow led with Bryan Kest's signature philosophy of hyper-gentleness, self-awareness, and breath-first movement. It opens with child's pose and down dog, moves through two rounds of Surya Namaskar B (with crescent lunge variations), then layers in standing balances (airplane/warrior III style), hip-opening squats, arm balances (crow/tripod), deep forward folds with hands under feet, side-body stretches, cobra backbends, a locust-style prone back-strengthening sequence, supine leg stretches with core engagement, figure-four hip openers, a gentle supported inversion (shoulderstand variation), and supine twists — before closing with a seated meditation of gratitude and a long savasana. Throughout, Bryan repeatedly invites students to find their own degree, modify freely, smile when falling, and keep the breath deep and free. The class cultivates flexibility, balance, mobility, and mindfulness in equal measure, and is framed as an antidote to stress, stiffness, and a culture of "more."

Sweet flow to gently kickstart an achy lower back… feeling so much better after that one! Thanks Bryan and Miss Molly!
