About This Class
This class opens with a grounding seated meditation and breath-of-fire pranayama to warm the system, then moves through cat-cow, downward dog variations, and a progressive standing flow built around chair pose, Warrior One, Warrior Two, reverse warrior, and twisting lunges. The instructor weaves in three-legged dog transitions with knee-to-elbow core work, forearm plank, sphinx, and dolphin pose before arriving at deep floor work: single pigeon with optional quad stretches, seated twists, and forward folds over straight legs. The class finishes with happy baby, supine twists, and a generous, mindfulness-rich Savasana. Throughout, the instructor consistently frames the practice around the balance of effort and ease, encourages personalisation, and uses breath-awareness as a guiding tool — making this class well-suited for those carrying physical tightness, mental stress, or the effects of prolonged sitting.

I wouldn’t say it’s an active practice. I liked the breathing and stretching sequences at the beginning and end of the practice. Thank you, Tracey, for the wonderful relaxation.
