About This Class
This expansive floor-to-standing flow begins supine with deep diaphragmatic breathing and gentle spinal twists, then builds through bridge, shoulder stand, and plow before transitioning into a rich standing sequence. The class features multiple down dog and dolphin variations, one-legged balancing poses, warrior-family lunges with arm binds, core twists, crescent lunge, chair pose, and side body stretches. The second half dives into hip-focused work including pigeon-prep, low lunge with quadricep pulls, half-lotus forward folds, and deep seated hamstring stretches, all punctuated by cobra holds and mindful push-up (chin-to-ground) transitions. Bryan weaves in consistent reminders to breathe deeply and fluidly, to listen to the body rather than compete or compare, and to "flourish in your uniqueness." The class closes with a gratitude meditation and an extended Savasana, making it as much a mindfulness and stress-relief practice as a physical one.

I wanted a long deep class this morning as it鈥檚 currently -15 outside right now. I knew I couldn鈥檛 go wrong with any of bk鈥檚 teachings, but this one is especially special. Kept me warm without one single vinyasa, but a routine of creativeness and gratitude 馃檹馃徎
