Phenomenal Class... Monica seems like she's one of the first to start catering specific things to those watching at home (longer outros with options to stay lying down etc.) It's much appreciated. On top of that her voice and attitude are smooth as silk and totally uplifting respectively! Huge fan of this class and all your classes generally.
