About This Class
This energetic yet mindful one-hour flow class centers on a single non-negotiable principle: deep, nasal, uninterrupted breathing as the vehicle for both physical and mental transformation. Bryan opens with child's pose and downward dog to ease the body in, then builds through repeated vinyasa-style sequences — cobra, plank, and down dog — before moving into a rich series of standing and balancing poses including Warrior One, hero pose, and airplane/warrior three variations. The class is peppered with creative shoulder-wrapping and arm-binding transitions (the "Rhapsody" wraps) that open the chest and hips while challenging focus. Balance sequences isolating glutes and core are followed by squat and toe-balance work, a bow pose, a seated forward fold, and a supine progression through reclined twists, happy baby variations, plow pose, and shoulderstand before a final savasana. Bryan consistently invites students to back off, bend knees, or skip poses, framing every challenge as personal and non-competitive. The class targets the full body with particular emphasis on the spine, hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and core, and is framed as a powerful antidote to stress, stiffness, and a scattered mind.
