About This Class
Bryan Kest leads this aptly named "Wrap City" flow at a brisk but breath-centered pace, guiding students through multiple rounds of Sun Salutation-style vinyasas layered with progressively complex variations. The class opens with deep nasal breathing and a gentle Downward Facing Dog warm-up, then builds through standing Warriors and Hero Pose, twisting binds in low-lunge and squat positions, single-leg balance sequences (including Airplane/Standing Split variations), and a dynamic kneeling leg-extension and bow-grip series. Core work follows with scissor-leg holds and a plow/shoulder-stand sequence, before landing in a wide-legged forward fold, supine spinal twists, and a final knees-to-chest integration. Throughout, Bryan emphasizes listening to the body, calibrating depth personally, and staying calm regardless of whether balance is achieved — framing stillness of mind as the real practice. The "wrap" theme recurs in arm-under-leg clasps in lunges, squats, and Down Dog twists, making shoulder mobility and spinal rotation central themes alongside hip opening and hamstring lengthening.

That was a very awesome class! I was a little tentative to do it due to the title however it was a very good combination of balance and power and twisting thank you. B Another great class as usual!
