A Day of Filming at Light and Space
These special small-group classes will be FILMED for Bryan Kest’s streaming service! Join us for an opportunity to practice closely with our most meaningful teachers.
We will have all doors + windows open with fans on circulating the air. During Covid-19, masks must be worn to enter the studio, and then may be removed when you reach your mat. We look forward to practicing with you, inquire with any further questions 🙂
