About This Class

This energizing flow class uses the breath as its central organizing principle — the instructor frames every pose as an extension of the breathing rhythm established in the opening Child's Pose. The class progresses from grounding floor work (tabletop balances, Cat/Cow, Cobra/Up Dog) into a standing sequence that revisits and layers Warrior Two, Extended Side Angle, Reverse Warrior, Twisted Crescent, and Revolving Warrior with increasing complexity. Midclass, a chair-pose-rooted sequence builds toward Half Moon and Twisted Half Moon on both sides, followed by Side Plank (Vasisthasana). The practice then moves into Dolphin Pose and playful forearm-stand hops before a brief squat waypoint transitions into Crow Pose (Bakasana). A seated segment features sitting twists with leg lifts and boat-pose scissor kicks. The class closes with Plow Pose, optional Shoulder Stand, Happy Baby, Eagle-leg supine twists, and a long Savasana. Throughout, the instructor emphasizes core engagement, shoulder and hip alignment nuance, and using breath as a barometer for effort — with Child's Pose always offered as a refuge.

Wow! What an exhilarating, interesting, tough, fluid, strength, stretch, breath ride it was. 60 minutes of choreographed whoop-ass to your mellifluous tones. You never disappoint Maestro. Namaste…????????????~*
