Good for small muscle groups/joints (wrists, shoulders), but I didn't get much of what I needed as a runner and rower: hips, knees, quads, glutes, back.

This practice really gets into the area between the shoulder blades and upper back. There is also an element that releases the tension in the wrists. I love this practice!!
