About This Class
Urban Yoga Flow #2 with Travis Eliot is a heat-building, breath-driven vinyasa class that moves through progressive rounds of sun salutations to warm the body before layering in standing and balancing challenges. The class opens in child's pose and tabletop with bird-dog variations, then builds into repeated plank-chaturanga-cobra/up-dog-down-dog cycles that gather pace and momentum. Standing sequences feature chair pose, crescent lunge with pulsing chest-to-thigh variations, eagle pose, Warrior One and Two, reverse warrior, and revolving warrior, plus a demanding one-legged balance transition with interlaced hands behind the back. A camel pose interlude with heel reaches provides a backbend counterpose before the class transitions to the floor for cat-cow, hero-style knee stretches, half-lotus with a spinal twist, double seated pigeon on both sides, bound angle fold, and boat pose with twists. The practice finishes with bridge or full wheel, supine twists, and Savasana, leaving students feeling both worked and restored.

Really nice, challenging class.. I enjoyed the variety of poses and really love how you can cover the full body in just 30m!

Loved it this morning. Exactly what I needed – some heat at the beginning and lots of stretches at the end. Namaste.

Great class. I love his prerecorded classes because he doesn’t chatter like live recorded ones .

good for building heat through repetitive flows. some strange twists and leg poses that may not be so good for those with bad knees or less limber hip joints.
