Fri, 10/30/20 – We get right into things here. After a modest warmup sequence we get into upper body strength with a side arm balance sequence series following by the dolphin. Then off to a short but sweet leg balance sequence then some deep standing stretches, then deep floor stretches, a little core work and a sweet rest!
