Wes, 10/7/20 – A very basic beginning using salutations and approachable arm balances moving through some lunges on our way to some very deep and sweet standing spread leg poses. Let’s do a dolphin and then head into the other side. Finishing with a camel pose and deep core strength. Winding down with a hip stretch and spinal twist and a well deserved rest!
