Sun, 11/29/20 – This is a yin based class that moves us beyond yin into yang. I call this yin-between. Deep stretches abound then all of the sudden you’re busting out a five minute dog with three variations, then arm balances, lunges, crunges (core lunges) and cryangle (core triangle). Yeah there is even more but finally we end in sweet meditation of gratitude.
