This is an incredibly effective and simple practice for cultivating health in the body and organs. It also builds foundational strength and flexibility through all the major joints as well as the spine. Each movement focuses on a different organ of the body as well as different muscle groups, skeletal structures, tendons and ligaments. This is a great practice as entry level to Tai chi and Qi gong movement and for anyone who has physical challenges or injuries to rehabilitate.
