Hereʼs where we start stepping as we move with the 6 harmonies in play. Advancing into whole body co-ordination and experiencing the principle of ‘motion should be rooted in the feet, released through the legs, controlled by the waist and manifested through the fingers’. Warming up with a simple silk reeling exercise that activates the whole body and brings this above principle into play in an easy to assimilate way. Working out with a drill of martial arts stances to bring stability and flexibility whilst in movement into the practice.
