Stand and Deliver
Fri, 6/4/21: After sun salute A & B we move through an easy flowing standing sequence full of spinal twists and shoulder stretches without planks, cobras and down dogs ending up in a deep hip stretch.

Different kind of flow… this one was definitely strong on the legs and feet! Had to take some breaks in between, so practicing that muscle of humility :)
