About This Class

This flowing class builds steadily from child's pose and downward facing dog through multiple rounds of sun salutation-style sequences, progressively layering in crescent lunge, core twists, side-body stretches, and an extended balance series that includes airplane, Bruce Lee-sana (standing side leg lift), forward leg balance, and bent-knee balance. Upper body work weaves in cobra variations, plank, and knee-to-elbow transitions. The floor sequence addresses the hips, hamstrings, and spine with reclined hip openers, happy baby, and supine twists before arriving at an extended Savasana with breath-focused meditation. Throughout, Bryan frames the practice as training for calmness and presence — repeatedly cueing students to soften the neck, free the breath, and back off rather than force depth. The emphasis on gentleness over intensity and finding a personal, sustainable edge makes the class accessible despite its dynamic structure.
