About This Class

Travis Eliot guides this full-bodied dynamic flow through three progressive rounds of sun-salutation-style vinyasa, building heat and rhythm before diving into standing balance work (Warrior Three, Twisting Half Moon), creative crescent lunge flows with arm sweeps, and two dedicated rounds of Gomukhasana (cow pose) for deep outer-hip release via the IT band and fascia. Core strength is addressed through rope-climb crunches, bicycle crunches, forearm plank with side variations, and five yogi push-ups. The class transitions smoothly into floor-based cool-down: shoulder stand, plow, happy baby, and bent-knee reclining spinal twists, closing with Savasana and a seated Om. Throughout, the instructor frames the practice around finding flow, cultivating equanimity, reducing the stress of daily life, and complementing strength with suppleness — making it ideal for practitioners who want a well-rounded class that builds heat, challenges balance, and leaves the hips and spine thoroughly open.
