Really beautiful class. I've done this class several times when I'm tired or need to take the pace back. I love the simplicity of the poses (there are no tricks) and it always amazes me how quickly shavasana comes around. I don't know where the time disappears to. Thanks so much.

Lots of helpful cues I hadn't heard before. However, I wouldn't rate this as a flow class or as "dynamic." It is a much slower pace and focused on the good stretches.
